We begin by using our proprietary AI program to draft a Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter using your current CV, resume, credentials, certifications, and recommendations.

Assignment

We then contact the hiring managers at the hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities that meet your approval in order to arrange interviews between you and individual hiring managers.

We begin by using with your current curriculum vitae, resume, credentials, certifications, and recommendations to draft a Healthcare Pros of America branded Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter.

Our proprietary Artificial Intelligence Application takes your information and produces a modern CV formatted with a bold color bar at the top of the first page, designed to pop and grab the attention of busy hiring managers.

The sections on the CV are nicely separated by cool looking boxed headings, and plenty of white space – creating a contemporary look, and giving hiring managers a seamless reading experience.

We recommend that you provide us with a professional portrait although this is not required.

Assignment

We then contact the hiring managers at the hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities that meet your approval in order to arrange interviews between you and individual hiring managers.

After a successful meeting with the hiring manager where you agree upon the position and your related expertise, we negotiate your Pay Rate and Assignment Terms.

The terms include a modest markup that covers:

Payroll Funding, which we pay weekly by direct deposit and then collect from the Client/Employer at a later date.
Employer of Record responsibilities such as Tax Compliance.
Human Resource Administration.

Onboarding

After the Pay Rate and Assignment Terms have been agreed upon, we draft a Contract to be signed electronically by all parties and we begin the Onboarding process.

When you begin your Assignment, you will receive a Certificate for Preferred Stock in Healthcare Pros of America, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

You will have begun your career as an Independent Healthcare Provider, partnered with Healthcare Pros of America, Inc.

You will be free to focus on delivering exceptional care while we handle the business side of your Independent Healthcare Provider Service.
